I paint, I heal, I teach. Sonna-Ra Kavanagh My creativity expresses my sacred journey. I am a Medicine Woman of this Age and from my Kete I use the medicine of Energy, Light and Information to facilitate people to reconnect to Source Energy and walk their path in joy and power. Sonna-Ra grew up in Asia. She has been a researcher in the field of consciousness evolution for nearly twenty years. It has led her to explore many different vibrational medicine and light therapies. The women in her family extensively used Chinese herbs and flowers for healing and health maintenance.

As a child, Sonna-Ra had a deep connection with flowers and plants. Since living New Zealand, she loves working with Flower Essences from all over the world. Their powerful vibrations healed and raised her spiritual awareness as well as helped many people who came to her practice. Sonna-Ra received her Plant Spirit Medicine training from internationally recognised indigenous teachers from New Zealand, Australasia and Peru. An extension to her Plant Spirit Medicine training is to use art shamanically. Her art training began at Whitireia Polytechnic where she developed a passion for contemporary Maori and indigenous art. Sonna-Ra also painted portraits of angelic and spirit beings on commissions and ran her own independent art workshops. Recently she met Eric Pearl, author of “The Reconnection – Heal others, heal yourself.’ Her personal reconnection experience was life changing and she noticed a big shift in her consciousness. She also received a healing from Eric which later ignited her passion to research the matrix and become a certified Reconnective Healing Practitioner™.
